By accepting our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Power Spray Pressure Washing for work to be completed at the agreed-upon price.

Service Description:
We provide pressure washing services using water with mild pressure to wash away dirt
and debris from various surfaces.

Water and Electricity Usage:
The client agrees to provide access to on-site water and electricity sources necessary
for completing the work, at no additional charge.

Property Access:
The client grants Power Spray Pressure Washing permission to access the property for
service execution, assessment, and follow-up as needed.

Pre-existing Damage:
Our technician will conduct a pre-service inspection to document any existing damage.
The client should inform us of any areas of concern before work begins.

Liability Limitations:
Power Spray Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to: loose siding, improperly sealed windows/doors,
wood rot, or defective construction. We are not liable for damage caused by normal cleaning processes on surfaces not in good condition.

Stain Removal:
Some stains (e.g., tree sap, deep-set stains) may not be fully removable. We will make every effort to inform the client of such issues before beginning work.

Weather Conditions:
Service may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We will notify the client of any changes as soon as possible.

Payment:
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our services, we will make it right at no additional cost.

Property Condition:
The client confirms that the property is in good repair and weathertight. Power Spray
Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage due to poor property maintenance.
